A Different Point of View

Tenzin D
Dulwich College (Singapore)
Year 6

I've always been amazed by mushrooms, the different vibrant colors, the different shapes and sizes and that some could be small but deadly. While on my trip in Alaska, I came across beautiful mushrooms, ones I didn’t know existed and their location surprised me. I took this photo from an ant's perspective and this way of looking at the photo shows that I can see through a different looking glass.

Fragility

Christian L

Unchanged by 445 million years of history, this rarely seen horseshoe crab embryo contrasts with the armoured carapace of its resolute mother. I was incredibly lucky to come across this living fossil and was amazed that such fragility could evolve into such strength.
